New Home Owners Receive 2 Years of Complimentary Golf Membership at Pelican Lakes Golf & Country Club!

The 2 Years of Complimentary Golf at Pelican Lakes Golf & Country Club is a tremendous value offered only to new residents purchasing a new construction home from select builders. The club initiation fee of $7500 is also waived under this incentive package. The Free Golf program starts when a buyer closes on a qualifying home and continues for two years from that date. The privilege is non-transferable and has no cash value.

At the end of the 2 years, the homeowner can continue with the membership and begin paying the published club rates to keep their golf membership active, or they could elect to maintain a Social Membership at the published rate. If the resident chooses to cease membership, please notify club management.

Home owners in Water Valley may purchase their own golf cart, and if it is to be used on the golf course, it must match the Pelican Lakes carts. They then would pay an annual trail fee of $500 to use it when they play golf. Otherwise, they would pay the normal cart fee of $15 per person per 18 hole round. Golfers who walk would of course pay no cart fees.

Facilities include: 18 hole Pelican Lakes Golf Course, 9 hole Pelican Falls Golf Course, seasonal outdoor pool at clubhouse, Members Room at clubhouse (pool tables, arcade games, card tables), locker/shower rooms and dry saunas, private clubhouse beach area with beach volleyball and children's playground. Austin's Homestead Restaurant is the restaurant located in the clubhouse.

The qualifying builders and new homes in Water Valley for this program are Aspen Homes, DR Horton, and Journey Homes. Please check with the Water Valley office, or specific builder, for details.
