Your HOA Representative
Curt Nesburg is a Water Valley Master Association representative and has lived in Water Valley since 1999. He has been involved with the Master Association since 2004. His role includes homeowner communications, covenant compliance, community improvements, title verification and budgeting.

He is originally from Granite Falls, MN and spent many years in corporate management, and the home building industry in the Portland, OR area.  Curt enjoys golfing and gardening. He lives with his wife, Heather, and has children, and grand children, who also live in Water Valley.
